Exterior house painting
Introduce your exterior painting service and invite homeowners to describe the home and what they want refreshed.

HD Precision manages campaigns for residential painting contractors. We connect a reviewed audience's possible project interest to a clear service message and an included page for interior, exterior, or combined painting inquiries.
$650/month management + $1.50/mailer
Supported instant quote or branded campaign landing page included.
We review the audience and availability for your service area before planning a campaign.

A clue that someone may be planning a project.
“Intent” means interest in doing something. Intent data uses available research signals to suggest which types of projects people may be considering. For your business, it helps focus marketing on a relevant audience in your service area.
You don’t need to buy a list and figure out what to do next. HD reviews the audience, prepares your message, coordinates outreach, and connects homeowners to a quote or inquiry page.
They may be comparing options, reading about the project, or looking for a contractor. Relevant signals can suggest interest in that kind of work.
After an audience and service-area review, an approved campaign can introduce your business with a postcard and a simple way to request a quote.
Illustrative example. We do not see each person’s exact search history, identify everyone researching, or know for certain who will buy.
People in an intent audience have not necessarily contacted your company. The campaign helps them take that next step. Your team then confirms fit and follows up.
Homeowners should not have to calculate wall area before contacting a painter. A short inquiry can tell your team whether the work is inside, outside, or both, then let you confirm surfaces, preparation, access, and the estimate during follow-up.
Introduce your exterior painting service and invite homeowners to describe the home and what they want refreshed.
Speak directly to interior projects, with rooms and desired work discussed by the homeowner rather than inferred from an exterior image.
Include these project types only when your company offers them, with the appropriate preparation and finish discussion left to your team.
Keep the audience focused. Keep residential painting service interest separate from art, automotive paint, supplies, DIY tutorials, and commercial procurement.
HD manages audience selection, setup, creative, coordinated outreach, and measurement. Your team owns the homeowner conversation and final project assessment.
Research can suggest possible interest in residential painting. It does not reveal interior surfaces, room condition, or readiness to hire.
We review coverage and align the message with interior, exterior, or the painting services your company offers.
Approved creative introduces your painting service and directs homeowners to a simple estimate request using a tracked QR link.
The included page asks interior, exterior, or both; a project description; location; and contact details. Timing and photos can be optional.
Your team follows up about the work, condition, access, finish preferences, and the visit or review needed for an estimate.
Review attributable visits and inquiries with your team's follow-up. The campaign does not turn a scan or rough description into a confirmed job.

Your campaign includes a clear next step for homeowners: an existing instant-quote experience where supported, or a contractor-branded lead-generation landing page included with your service.
Your contractor-branded page makes it easy to ask about a painting project without asking them to measure every detail first. It keeps initial questions short and sends inquiries to the approved destination for your team's follow-up.
Your homeowner page presents the project clearly and makes it easy to get in touch. This is included with campaigns without an existing supported instant quote.

Final scope and pricing come from your contractor. The example is an outline, so it does not collect homeowner information.
A useful inquiry helps your team understand the project before the first call. Keep the homeowner’s first step simple.
Review the description and confirm the surfaces, condition, preparation, access, and finish expectations. Ask the homeowner about interior work directly; exterior imagery cannot establish interior conditions or a final painting price.
Campaign inquiries go to your approved destination. The campaign review form below goes to HD Precision and is for contractors.
A variable QR code is a unique link printed on each recipient’s mailer. The postcard design can stay the same while the link changes from piece to piece.
When someone scans it, the visit can be connected to that mailer. A completed inquiry can then be connected to the same campaign.
A scan identifies a mailed link, not necessarily the person using it. Shared mailers and untracked responses affect attribution. A scan alone does not prove a sale.Illustrative tracking sequence
Direct mail introduces the project. Optional Meta ads and eligible email outreach can reinforce the same message and point to the same quote or inquiry page.
Use the same source audience on Facebook and Instagram. Matching and ad delivery vary; not every mailed household will match or see an ad. Advertising spend is additional.
Use eligible email contacts from the same source audience, with appropriate permissions and unsubscribe handling. Having an email address alone does not establish permission to send.
Someone can explore your website and leave without filling out a form. Website Visitor Retargeting helps you build follow-up audiences from eligible visits.
A tracking pixel is a small piece of code added to your site. It helps register visits. With visitor matching, some visits can be connected to available contact or household information—even when the visitor does not submit a form.
Optional add-on: $350/month
Some visitors cannot be matched. We review your website setup, available data, privacy choices, and channel eligibility before activation. A matched email address alone does not establish permission to send.
The $350 monthly option is separate from mailer costs, Meta management and ad spend, and the optional email campaign. No tracking is installed or outreach started by this inquiry.

Tell us about your painting business and where you work. We’ll review the available audience, your project focus, and the best next step for homeowners.
This form goes to HD Precision for a contractor campaign review. It does not create an account, start billing, launch outreach, or submit a homeowner project.
Yes. Interior painting has an explicit place in the campaign, including whole-home and multi-room projects. The homeowner identifies the work; we do not infer interior condition from an exterior image.
No. The initial page asks for a short description, whether the work is inside or outside, location, and contact details. Your team can request the measurements or visit needed for a proper estimate.
Yes, when your company offers those services. The message should name the offered work and avoid implying that every painter provides cabinet finishing or other specialty services.
Website Visitor Retargeting is an optional $350/month add-on, separate from Meta management. A small tracking tag on your site helps register eligible visits. Visitor matching can connect some visits to contact or household information, even without a form submission. Available matches can support mail, Meta and eligible email follow-up. Matching is not guaranteed, and setup, permissions and channel eligibility must be reviewed. Mailers, Meta management and ad spend, and email campaign fees remain separate.
No. Where a supported instant-quote experience already exists, we can use it. Otherwise, your managed campaign includes a contractor-branded landing page that helps homeowners request an estimate or consultation.
Yes. For campaigns without an existing supported instant-quote experience, a contractor-branded lead-generation landing page is included with the managed service. It is a focused campaign destination; it does not include a full business website, unlimited revisions, or custom estimating software.
